The last good bacteria in food is Bifidobacterium. It is mostly found in dark chocolate. These bacteria love dark chocolate because it is able to develop and ferment chocolate. It makes this product has antioxidant feature absorbed by your body. It is able to minimize a risk of heart or stroke in the future. These bacteria are working amazingly for preventing the diseases.
