1. Lactobacillus Bulgaricus

It is a kind of good bacteria for food. It is bacteria fermenting lactose and usually found in dairy products to produce lactate acid. These bacteria are used for making yoghurt and dairy products such as butter milk, frozen yoghurt, and sour cream. 2. Kefir

4. Bifidobacterium

The last good bacteria in food is Bifidobacterium. It is mostly found in dark chocolate. These bacteria love dark chocolate because it is able to develop and ferment chocolate. It makes this product has antioxidant feature absorbed by your body. It is able to minimize a risk of heart or stroke in the future. These bacteria are working amazingly for preventing the diseases.
